What is The 光明 KOMYO FACE DESIGN?

What is The 光明 KOMYO FACE DESIGN?

Unique facial therapy based on four specialized studies

    English version

Sun damage, smoking, dehydration, some medications, and environmental and genetic factors are the causes of wrinkles.

Each time a person uses a facial muscle, a groove forms under the surface of the skin.Repeatedly smiling, frowning, or squinting can lead to fine lines and wrinkles at a younger age as well.

When a person is young, the skin springs back, but as they get older, the skin loses its flexibility. Springing back becomes harder and less frequent, resulting in more permanent grooves.

As people get older, their skin gets thinner, drier, and less elastic, and less able to protect itself from damage. This leads to wrinkles, creases, and lines on the skin.

The first wrinkles to appear on a person’s face tend to occur as a result of facial expressions.

Why do we have tight facial muscles?

on What The 光明 KOMYO FACE DESIGN is based?

    on What
    The 光明 KOMYO FACE DESIGN

    is based?

Tightness in facial muscles can result from stress, anxiety, inflammation, or injury.

Stress and anxiety are common causes of muscle tension. A person may clench their jaw or grind their teeth without noticing it, when stressed, and over time this can cause the muscles to tighten up.

Stress or anxiety can also cause a person to clench their fists or lead to tension in the shoulder and neck muscles.

When facial muscle tension is released by a treatment, the brain produce alpha waves, which relax and make you feel better mentally.

Alpha brain waves are only one type of brain wave. There are actually five common types of brain waves.

Brain waves are measured by frequency, which is cycles per second, or hertz (Hz), and they range from very slow to very fast. Alpha waves fit in the middle of the spectrum, between theta waves and beta waves.

More than half of the nerves are connected to the face

More than half of the nerves are connected to the face

    English version

Much of the human brain is arranged in a way that the right half of the brain controls the left half of the body and vice versa. For example, information about touch and pain coming from the right half of the body goes to the left hemisphere of the brain; and muscle movements of the left side of the body come from the brain's right hemisphere.the same is true of the facial muscles and facial expressions.

The face is the mirror of the mind, and without speaking confess the secrets of the heart.

The face is the mirror of the mind, and without speaking confess the secrets of the heart.

Divers men, Divers mind and face.

The same is true of wrinkles and sagging skin, the places and ways of appearance are different for each person.

    Why is that different?

Because people have different facial expressions.

    English version

Stress of the brain and the mind is shown in places where there are wrinkles or creases.

    「THE KOMYO FACE DESIGN Ⓡ」

    「THE KOMYO FACE DESIGN Ⓡ」

    English version

We apply French morphopsychology and neurology concerned with the brain, and alleviate tension in the mimetic muscles, while analyzing the psychology and mental stress that can be gleaned from the face.

This alleviation of stress reduces signs of aging and facial concerns. We also take approach to the skin as well. We use skincare cosmetics to enhance the moisture and transparency of the skin, and give it a beautiful finish. The Komyo Face design is not a facial massage, but is rather a form of treatment that provides care for the face, skin, as well as mental aspects.

Approach to facial muscles and ligaments

Approach to facial muscles and ligaments

    English version

The retaining ligaments of the face are strong and deep fibrous attachments. They are important in understanding concepts of facial aging and rejuvenation. They can be linked  to a tree. The ligament attach the soft tissues to the facial skeleton or deep muscle fascia, passing through all five layers of the soft tissues. It fans out in a series of branches and inserts into the dermis. At different levels of dissection, it is given different names, such as the retinacular, cutis in the subcutaneous layer and ligaments in the subSMAS level.

Hold down the "ligament" that functions as a push pin and pinch the "facial muscles" to loosen it.

    The process of alleviating tensions

Contracting and loosening the muscles work like a pump, delivering blood.

Oxygen and nutrition piggy-back on this blood and are delivered to all areas of the body, removing waste.

However, if the state in which the muscles are tense continues, this pump operation does not work properly, and this obstructs blood flow.

Large “facial mimetic muscles” are approximately 4mm, whereas small muscles are made of small tissue and are in the range of 1mm.

There is also dense fibrous tissue in these small parts.

Taking the example of the orbicularis oculi muscle around the eyes, women are said to have 1793 fibers per 1mm2.

“Massage” is an effective technique for loosening tense mimetic muscles.

However, it is not possible to focus on small tissue using the palms of the hands.

As a result, we decided to use a technique known as “pinching” using the fingertips.

Pressuring the mimetic muscles puts the muscles in an “ischemic state”.

When this pressure is released, the surrounding blood flows in.

The blood is circulated through the repeated process of “pinchàrelease.”

When fresh blood (new energy, ATP) flows into the muscles, the hardened connections between the muscle fibers are released, and the stiffness is relieved.
